Donna Newchurch, Executive Director

Newchurch has worked in healthcare policy her entire career and has had the opportunity to explore policy and advocacy issues related to disparities in health care, economics, retention of population, healthcare workforce retention, and healthcare access specific to urban versus rural populations.  Newchurch has identified opportunities related to these issues and identified policies to address these issues.  

Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi and a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette. 

 

Meredith Dyer, Legislative Director

Meredith comes to the NABH from The Clinton Group where she managed direct contact and grassroots advocacy programs on behalf of issue and candidate campaigns. Dyer brings expertise and experience to the NABH through her involvement in public policy when working with the International Association for Political Consultants, the American Association for Political Consultants, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. 

Meredith is originally from Chattanooga, TN and currently resides in Washington, DC. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology and political science from The George Washington University and her master's degree in political communication from Johns Hopkins University.
